Refund and Return Policy

Right to Return

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, without having to provide a reason.

To request a return, please contact us at snomymanagement1@gmail.com, providing your order number and the reason for your request.

Once your return has been requested, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return.

Products must be returned in appropriate condition, bearing in mind that consumers may handle the products only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality. If the product shows a reduction in value resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish these characteristics, we may apply the corresponding reduction in accordance with applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or there is an issue attributable to us, the direct costs of returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us and we will review the case to provide you with an appropriate solution.

Defective or Incorrect Products

We recommend that you inspect your order upon receipt. If the product arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive an item different from the one ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at snomymanagement1@gmail.com, including photographs or videos that allow us to verify the issue.

Consumer rights relating to defective products or products that do not conform to the contract remain unaffected regardless of our commercial return policy.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in cases where applicable law provides for an exception, such as certain personalized products or products made specifically according to the consumer's specifications.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, or when applicable under the relevant law, we will inspect its condition and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

Where a refund is due, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed upon that does not result in any additional cost to the consumer.

Refunds will be issued within the time limits established by applicable law.
